The Marled Storm Knit Cashmere Scarf brings together rich texture and an easy, versatile color palette. Knit in a blend of slate blue and black tones, the marled yarn gives each scarf natural depth and subtle variation.

Its ribbed knit construction adds texture while keeping the look clean and understated. Soft, warm, and easy to style, it works just as well with casual layers as it does with more tailored outerwear. Perfect for both men and women.

    Artisan Profile

Nepalese and Tibetan Himalayan cashmere is renowned for its exceptional softness, warmth, and lightweight feel. Cashmere comes from the incredibly fine undercoat of goats, making it naturally insulating without feeling heavy. In fact, it can take the wool from an average of three goats to produce a single scarf.

Our cashmere scarves and beanies are handmade in Pokhara, Nepal, by blind, deaf, and disabled artisans. We partner with a local nonprofit organization that provides training, tools, and ongoing support to help create meaningful employment and greater independence through the art of weaving.

For many people with disabilities in Nepal, access to stable work can be extremely limited. Weaving provides an opportunity to earn an income, build confidence, develop valuable skills, and create a greater sense of independence within their families and communities. The organization also supports the wider disabled and underserved community by providing white canes, hearing aids, wheelchairs, food, medicine, and essential supplies to care homes, as well as distributing aid to communities affected by earthquakes and landslides.

Beautifully handmade and connected to a cause we deeply value, these cashmere pieces are some of our absolute favorites.
