This versatile strapless maxi dress has an elasticized top neckline with an attached ruffle flounce that can be worn on or off the shoulder.

The full, sweeping circle maxi skirt adds just the right amount of drama for a show- stopping entrance that will turn heads. There is a removable self fabric sash at the elasticized waistband. This ultra flattering dress is cut from a butter soft crinkled rayon in a vibrant royal blue hue. The skirt is partially lined.
